I love playing the saxophone and flute. I perform and sing with several local jazz bands and teach woodwind instruments to those who want to learn.
I am married to fellow musician Paul, and together we run Cygnet Studios, which hosts small rehearsals, recording sessions, and music lessons (Woodwind and Drum Kit). Paul is also a music producer, and I occasionally get called to be a "house session" musician.
When I’m not teaching in our studio, I rehearse with Splanky, the All-Women Saxophone Quartet, or with The Jay Cee Big Band.
In the evenings, I cherish every performance opportunity, whether it’s with the Cygnet Duo, Cygnet Quartet, Crescendo Big Band, or various one-off gigs.
When I'm not being a musician, tutor, or performer, I enjoy gardening in the sun and reading when it’s raining.
